Seriously love this series of surreal photographs by Robert and Shana ParkeHarisson. Kind of remind me of surrealist Rene Magritte’s paintings - maybe is because of the all the men in suit. Good stuff!
Beautiful work from photographer and film maker Nei Krug - really enjoy his retro and also psychedelic look and feel of his work. Definitely check out his videos they are amazing - especially the one he created for ladytron’s tomorrow.
Da Jesus Book
Here is a verse from the “Da Jesus Book” translated for the Hawaii Pidgin speaking people. The book is published by Wycliffe Bible Translators and translated by Joseph Grimes along with 26 other pidgin speaking natives within 12 years of time. I find the language to be extremely amusing. :)

“Isn’t life a series of images that changes as the repeat themselves?”
How cute is this photo! - photography work by Kotori Kawashima
I love this series of photographs by Huang Qingjun and Ma Hongjie title Family Stuff - kind of remind me of Chen Haiwen’s Family Portraits. Would be interesting if there is a comparison to a typical American version of “family stuff.”

illustrations by jen collins - like her child like simplicity
“… philosophy is a shared activity, it is dialogue. And dialogue is not the simple exchange of opinions, where I have my faith, my politics and my God and you have yours. That is parallel monologue. One of the goals of dialogue is to have our opinions rationally challenged in such a way that we might change our minds. True dialogue is changing one’s mind.”

is so much fun to look at these illustrations by stacey rozich
Love the simplicity and the dynamic of karen arms’ paintings.
And here’s the phrase that “but does it float” paired with paintings, which I find intriguing.
“The only interesting answers are those that destroy the questions.”
